1- Sustainable Management & ESG Systems
Organizations are increasingly required to operate within a structured sustainability environment shaped by evolving regulatory frameworks, data requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This shift extends beyond compliance and influences how organizations develop strategy, manage risk, and create long-term value. This course provides a structured overview of sustainability as an integrated system, connecting foundational concepts, transformation dynamics, and EU regulatory frameworks, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), with practical implementation considerations.

These dimensions, however, are often addressed separately. This course bridges that gap by integrating personal well-being, professional effectiveness, and planetary responsibility into a single, practice-oriented framework. Our hybrid certification programs include selected in-person sessions at the Adlershof campus of Steinbeis University.
